Item description:

See scan - perfect condition. This is a scarce and rare Imperial Russian circa 1908 sterling silver Russian Orthodox church jeton / medallion of St. Varvara and Virgin Marry at reverse. The piece is marked with Russian Imperial kokoshnik mark 84 and master initials 'M A R' in Russian as well as what appears to be a ship hallmark. Size is 27mm x 19mm. Nice and rare antique religious jewellery collector piece and one of the rare Russian Orthodox church and religion jetons / medals.
